Love for coffee – daily wellness routines

A part of wellness can be finding out what you are curious about, and what you want to learn more about. When we aren’t depressed or having too much troubles we naturally like to discover new things and find contentment in the small things that we appreciate.

Warming coffee and also tea experiences

For me part of daily happiness is diving into my coffee slurps. Coffee warms me up and coffee wakes me up, smells so good. Now not all like coffee, others are more tea-drinkers, and I love tea too, but it’s special with the coffee. I have tried different kinds of coffees and small noisettes in France (that’s a mini latte).

Incorporate routines

To have some routines can make it easier with things, routines become a habit after some time. You can find different articles about how you have formed a new habit after already 21 – 60 days. It depends on what habit you are forming among things.

Coffee will be coffe – energizer

In coffee you will find caffeine, a normal cup will have about 80 – 100 mg of it. Caffeeine may make you feel lively and energized as it stimulates the activity in both the brain and nervous system.
