It sounded so superdupernice when my friend sent me a link to the contest, Sony searching for female talents, equipment provided, mentorship, sponsoring.. in their program.
I wrote up my story, what I needed and why, filmed a one minute video, something I don’t really ever do, but hey, it sounded so damn interesting with this opportunity! Upload to YouTube or Vimeo. On YouTube I couldn’t find where to add the password, but then I realized also.. the contest is for US or Canada, not Sweden – could they possibly have a consolation price?
Anyways, I asked if others knew how to get sponsorship and Melody replied that there is a site for creatives where they find patrons..
.. and so I’m going to try it this way..
