– Different ways to heal
No one ever said it was going to only be easy. We may have flow in our life, and then suddenly out of nowhere we end up in negative patterns reoccurring.
Trauma calls for release. Sometimes it’s hard to open up because we’re not always brought up with connectedness and sharing these parts that are less nice to talk about. We may be scared to scare people off.
Trauma can come at all ages. It may come when we are young and unaware of the patterns it creates for us. Unconsciously, we are avoiding things. It may be the truth, it may be closeness, it may be something else. We live our lives in the fullness when we live in our truth, and that’s also how we become happier. Happier, with the right people around us that spark our interest and that we may grow with. Another part is to find new meaning and purpose. There is a lot of rewriting to do, and as a process in this just like many artists express deep feeling, I found that the camera can help release as a tool. A way of acting if you are quieter than others and have a harder time to express, but if you prefer to use the pencil and paper that works just as well. I will count up some different things that may be of use to you, and the same method will not speak to all.
Yoga, and other training for that part, but yoga is soft, and has ways of releasing current emotions.
Art, as a way of expression, getting the flow going.
Breath work, but can be sensitive, so be ready for that and find a place and/or person that is supportive. This is possibly a quicker way of release, at the same time it may also trigger unconscious feelings coming to the surface.
Photography, is at least something I want to introduce as a way. Expressive as Art, but needs a bit more planning.
Reiki, a healing that can be warm, but people perceive it differently. It gets the energy going and releases too.
There is also writing Poetry, or in a Dairy, as well as Meditation. Some people go to therapy or find coaches that can deal with their specifics. Finding someone who understands you and letting you be you are key here. Later on, there is the letting go and being done with, but without jumping over the learning so that things don’t need to go on repeat…
What I like with the Spiritual way is that they know so much up there, and to ask for guidance is a way of understanding where the actual problem really is, not necessarily where we think it is. Or perhaps just sometimes lack of understanding how to incorporate a new standpoint in life. There are many causes, reasons and ways.
