Is there a thing as too much to handle? Sometimes it may seem that way, but I like the saying “We are never given more than we are able to handle”. At times like this, it is also a good time to remind oneself that one needs to know of one side to know of the other. We will not know warmth and heat, if we haven’t felt the cold and chill. We won’t know good if we don’t know bad. It’s in the experiences the learnings and teachings come.
Whether it is about anxiety, a loved animal friend, partner, work load or anything else, there are solutions and there are ways. In a way, pressure is at times a signal that is asking for attention, to look for and start other and new routines, a needed change, a different outlook. Then, how to find it? Just by realizing the situation one has come to, that is a bit on the path. Searching solutions is another.
Take a break and ask yourself:
– Can I change this situation?
– What can I do?
– Look for solutions and alternatives.
– Talk to those who are willing to listen and understand.
Sometimes just saying things out loud can give inspiration.
When there’s a will, there’s a way!
I choose the picture of the blooming flowers. Sometimes things grow in the dark, they can take a short amount of time, or long… but grow they do, and one day, they start to bloom!
