We all go through difficulties in life, but what differs between us is how we deal with and overcome them. Either we learn and grow, or we feel a heavy burden that just doesn’t want to leave us. Why? And why isn’t it easier to get through things?

The reasons may vary, but we can all use a push to get through things, it doesn’t help to avoid feelings and thoughts. We can talk to family, friends and even new acquaintances. At some point, healing sessions are probably more sufficient, as well as spiritual counseling. In that way, we don’t have to tumble in the dark. At times, it’s harder for ourselves to see what is going on. A blind spot, if you will.

When we don’t learn what healing with understanding and truth has to give, which is up to every person, things will repeat themselves… and we don’t want that, do we? We need to find the courage inside of us, to listen, learn and change. That is how we become more and more beautiful diamonds. Through learning and understanding. So what do healing sessions really offer — Reiki and counseling?

1. Release stories, and find your path

At times, we have stories that we assume to be true. In reality, they instead take energy and time, as our mind is often wanting an explanation of things.

By finding out facts, and releasing or talking about your stories, you can gain valuable insights. You may also realize that the true story in reality is different.

Sometimes we hit a roadblock, the road we thought we would take just became unavailable. Looking to the sides, we may find that there are many more available roads.

2. Relax and let go of what you can’t change

To let go is easy for some, but if we put a lot of value and energy to a particular direction that we wanted, it suddenly becomes more difficult.

Realizing that that Spirit, or what you believe in, wants the best for us, can make us more aware that a new door is just about to be opened.

For example, perhaps you thought your future was being a ballet dancer, but you break your leg and the career is suddenly over. After a while, you find an interest in something entirely different that fits you even better.

3. Discovering Inner Peace: Embrace the Present Moment

You feel like you are focusing too much on worries about the past and are anxious about the future. You might also have trouble focusing too much on the past instead of the current now.

Just let go of any pressures and musts, leave your demands on yourself for a moment. Try to feel more positive about things and a positive outcome on things.

4. Unraveling the Mystery of Healing Energy: What Does It Really Feel Like?

You may wonder how it feels to receive healing energy, if you haven’t tried this before, and the matter of the truth is that how it is perceived differs.

Leave your expectations of how it is supposed to feel or told by others and be open to receiving the healing energy for optimal benefit.

The energy will feel warm and light to someone. It can feel gentle and yet, a bit heavier for someone else. Or it may give a tingling sensation — it varies. Be open-minded.

5. To find space and be with yourself, finding truth

You want to heal, but don’t know where to start, for example what to solve or do. You may feel distracted, stressed out, and many other things at the same time.

Find some time and make space, just allowing yourself to be and all emotions. This will bring more balance in your whole system, healing does too. This may require someone who listens to you.

You allow yourself to embrace your whole self and may get some kind of insight or “knowing”, either yourself, or thanks to a healer communicating a message.

6. Finding balance to be more relaxed in mind, body & soul

Sometimes we focus too much on one part, for example, intelligence and thought, instead of perceiving also our emotions towards the idea or thought, which then creates an imbalance.

Since the mind, body and soul are connected, we also need to treat them as such and feel unity, mindfulness and wholeness to gain more balance. Listen to the different parts.

By listening to both your heart and mind, you will make better choices. You don’t only follow a path in life which “looks good”, but you also nurture your inside and feel more content.

7. Small steps towards the future

You might be feeling anxious about the future because of money, family, friends or other issues. That in turn may give you a hard time feeling and seeing a positive future.

Take it step by step, for example day by day, even the small steps count, and they add on and bring you in the right direction.

A tiny step may be to call a friend and share your story, you will find that you are not alone and that you have support. Sometimes help is closer than we may realize.

AWAITS ON THE OTHER SIDE

Imagine how different your life would be, should you choose to walk through what troubles you. You would be able to feel free and good about yourself. You would not feel limited in the same way, or think about the past too much, but be on your way to building your new future. A future that holds promises of a much better life. No one’s road is the same as the other, we all walk alone in this way, but it doesn’t have to be lonely.

When you look back at yourself after pulling through, you will feel great. Your confidence will be higher, your self-image improved. Understanding and truth does so many things, opens doors, the right doors, that we perhaps thought were closed. It’s actually a bit like in the Nintendo and other games, we reach different levels. You do it step-by-step, so it may not be as overwhelming as you think at the start. It’s about beginning, taking small steps and getting it done.
